Adam Dekker
Director & Development Manager
With a strong background in project management and overseeing large commercial projects, Adam’s real passion is for people and providing homes for his clients to not only live in, but fall in love with. Adam is also a Director of well-known local company, Humphries Construction, however, has more recently branched out to take charge of solely the development side of things.
At KPA, Adam oversees all of our developments, from finding a paddock and forming a vision, to shaking hands with our purchasers at the end of it – and everything in between!
Jody Clements
Administrator & Development Coordinator
With a background in administration within the industry, and a passion for design, Jody has come on board KPA Properties as an administrator and development coordinator. Jody currently works part time for KPA, while she completes her Diploma in Construction Management.
At KPA, Jody coordinates our developments, liaises with agents, engineers, and all of our other third parties, has a strong input in the design of our houses, takes care of the finances, and is the main point of contact for our lovely clients.
Humphries Construction
KPA Properties is the sister company of reputable and trusted home builders, Humphries Construction. KPA focus on residential developments, and Humphries help to bring our visions to life. Along with our many valued local suppliers and sub-contractors, Humphries Construction build all of our houses, for a very efficient process, and delivering only the best in service and industry expertise.
