Adam is a builder by trade, and has a strong background in project management. Adam is also part-owner of well-known local building company, Humphries Construction.
However, KPA is Adam's primary focus now, as his real passion is for people and providing homes for his clients to not only live in, but fall in love with.
Adam’s 3 decades of experience in developing property means that everything is considered throughout this process and nothing is unforeseen.
At KPA, Adam oversees all of our developments, from finding a paddock and forming a vision, to shaking hands with our purchasers at the end of it – and everything in between!
Jody Clements
Developments Coordinator
With a background in administration within the construction industry, and a passion for both planning and design, Jody coordinates our projects here at KPA Properties.
Jody has a strong input on our projects, from the initial planning phase of the developments, to the design of the homes and sites. This ensures all of the different pieces to the puzzle connect to eachother.
Jody's role is quite diverse, and together with her input on developments, Jody is also the main point of contact for all clients, agents, engineers, consultants, and any other third party; Jody also specialises in marketing and promoting our brand and our properties.

KPA Properties is the sister company of reputable and trusted home builders, Humphries Construction. KPA focus on residential developments, and Humphries help to bring our visions to life.
